Republic of Work is a nationally recognised innovation hub based in Cork City, with a strong track record in delivering high-impact startup, innovation, and investment-readiness programs. As a current delivery partner for NDRC (National Digital Research Centre, Ireland’s National Accelerator Programme) and Regional Hub for HBAN (Halo Business Angel Network), we are deeply embedded in Ireland’s startup ecosystem and uniquely positioned to deliver the services outlined in this contract.
Republic of Work has a demonstrable track record of supporting early-stage ventures and corporate innovation teams from idea generation through to investor readiness. Since 2017, we have delivered structured programmes and bespoke advisory support for founders, intrapreneurs and corporate teams developing high potential business propositions. More recently, Republic of Work was named one of the Top Innovation Hubs in the UK & Ireland by Sifted and the Financial Times, further cementing its role as a launchpad for ambitious, high-growth startups.

In 2025, the innovation hub plans to start work on setting up a new Centre for the Valorisation and Transfer of Technologies (CVTT), with the aim of filling a market gap in the region and responding to the growing need for laboratory validation of startups.
